Mr. Robert Hillgrove B.Eng (Mech) – Director/IMS Manager
Robert’s extensive experience is based around hydraulic, pumping and irrigation systems from the initial design phase through to practical completion of turnkey systems. The nature of the Upgrade of the Irrigation Scheme at Ballan WWTP is the type of project Robert has been involved with on many occasions. As well as years of experience in design of industrial and domestic irrigation systems, design and project management of pumping installations.
Having a person of Robert’s calibre and experience as part of the Aeramix team ensures the delivery of a quality project and the peace of mind that the project will be delivered in a highly professional manner with a technical perspective.
Mr. Cole Harvey – Director/Chief Executive Officer/Sales
Cole Harvey is the Company director of Aeramix Pty Ltd and is a licensed plumber with vast experience across a wide spectrum of mechanical, electrical and construction projects. He also brings 7 years of experience in Pump Stations and Mechanical installations within the water industry, 3 years of Commercial roofing and commercial building experience and vast experience in Inner city high-rise buildings supervising up to 25 contactors at a time
Cole’s ability to communicate with contractors, project managers and clients has enabled him to complete many medium to large projects with the upmost professionalism.
He is also Company Director of Worldwide Organics Pty Ltd and Company Director of Tasman Biofuels.
Mr. John Grewar – Project Manager
John has extensive experience in projects of this nature within the water industry and has been employed by Coliban Region Water Authority as a Project Manager/ Supervisor for approximately seven years. John is qualified with an Associate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and is an Undergraduate of Bachelor of Engineering (Civil). Appointing this resource to our company has lead to Aeramix acquiring the services of a suitably qualified, knowledgeable and experienced team member. This experience is invaluable to our company when taking on any project. John has also completed specific water industry training including Red Card, Confined Space Entry, Occupational Health and Safety Representatives course provided by Trades Hall, various pipeline installation courses, Falls from Height, Contractor Management and Auditing and OH & S Auditing supplied by Hazcon P/L.
Mr John Carrier – Chief Operations Officer
John has over 25 years’ experience within the infrastructure industry. He has been involved in many projects covering design, estimation, installation, commissioning and hand over to clients.
John began his career as a tradesperson (Electrician) and has held executive management roles with national (Project Director) & multinational organisations (Managing Director).
Attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction make John a key member of the Aeramix team.
Mr. Michael Sewell – On Site Foreman Liner Division
Michael joined the Aeramix team to lead the on-site activities of the HDPE liner division. Since joining Aeramix in 2010, Michael has gained valuable experience across a wide spectrum of mechanical, electrical and construction projects. Michael has a tremendous ability to communicate with contractors, project managers and clients.
Michael is certified by the Geosynthetic Certification Institute as a “Certified CQA Geosynthetic Materials and Compacted Clay Liner Inspector” This is an international construction quality assurance certification available in the liner industry and ensures our customers’ complete piece of mind and a guaranteed quality installation.
