Geosynthetics

GEOSYNTHETIC MEMBRANES

Aeramix is an industry leader in the application of geosynthetic liners with the capacity to deliver across multiple applications.

Geomembranes are used for added structural support in water systems, to transport liquid, form barriers, protect liquids, separate liquids, prevent pollution or seepage of, liquids, and to prevent contamination.

WATER AND WASTEWATER LINERS

Aeramix custom water liners allow small to large businesses in rural areas to manage their water supply more efficiently. We also offer project management and guidance on how to use liners to achieve the most effective outcome.

Typically, we custom design our liners for size depending on your unique installation requirements. We consider many factors, including site access, shape, size and location. We pre-fabricate materials such as polypropylene by request.

LANDFILL AND CONTAMINATION LINERS

Our team of experts at Aeramix can design and install a range of liners, covers and barriers to avoid landfill contamination. These custom plastic liners and covers stop the leaking of hazardous chemicals or harmful matter into our environment.

Aeramix provides cost-effective project management systems that monitor soil/sediment containment. This ensures environmental risks are minimized. Tests for soil acidity and chemical traces are good parameters to put in place. Quality control and regular testing in surrounding areas will ensure an effective environmental management system.

VAPOUR BARRIER

Aeramix is an industry leader in the application of geosynthetic liners with the capacity to deliver across multiple applications.

Our team of Geomembrane Technicians can also determine whether a separate vapour barrier is required for your system. This depends on the type of construction, intended use and the climate of the location.

FLOATING COVERS

Floating covers are typically used for liquid control or collection. They allow water to aerate but not evaporate. In low rainfall areas, using floating covers such as Hexa-CoverĀ® in conjunction with rainwater catchment dams prevents evaporation and provides a stable water source.
